Windows is not open source so you will need to acquire a legal copy of windows and a license. From there an external usb drive (about 60 dollars) will allow you to install any cd based software.

There is Wine (a way to run some windows applications within Linux) available for Linux (Ubuntu) but it is not Windows XPI have a dell mini 10 with ubuntu 8.04 operating system and want to change to windows xp how do i do this ?
Mm, technical. Prepare to get your hands dirty.

Remove the HDD, put it in a caddy and piggy back on another XP.

Format.

Replace HDD

Plug in external CD/DVD-ROM

Install WinXP

Not sure how much HDD space is avaible..

Good luck, not for the feint of heart.

Also not sure if you'll get the drivers for it, check firstI have a dell mini 10 with ubuntu 8.04 operating system and want to change to windows xp how do i do this ?
