Can this laptop run GTA IV on low, medium, high or perfect settings?

I really wanna play Grand Theft Auto IV and I don't have an XBox 360 or PlayStation 3.

1. I can't use Can You Run It? because I don't have the laptop.

2. I don't know how to compare specs using the Grand Theft Auto IV website.

3. The specs are:

- Operating System: Windows Vista Business

- Processor: Intel庐 Core鈩?2 Duo processor T6670 2.2GHz

- Memory: 3GB

- Maximum Memory: 4GB

- Graphics: Intel庐 Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD

- Hard Drive: 350GB

4. If the laptop can run the game, can it run on low, medium, high or perfect settings?

5. I want the game to run smoothly with no lagging.

6. I am switching the operating system to Windows XP Home Edition.

7. If changing the graphics card possible on a laptop, or if it would improve the gameplay, please say so.

8. Because I'm changing operating system, the memory required will be changed.

It should run the game. You might want to get at least a 512mb video card for it, because that will make your games run really smooth, and also you may want to boost your computer up to 4gb of memory just for the sake of performance. As far as switching to XP Home Edition, my advice would be to try XP Pro instead, because XP Pro is a better platform than XP Home. Can this laptop run GTA IV on low, medium, high or perfect settings?
You should be able to play it on low settings, idk about medium and high tho. Laptop chipsets are to unpredictable. You might not get good frames but who knows, people said my 450 dollar computer couldnt max out crysis and I proved them wrong so maybe you can too
