you hard disk is partition into two, in order to have only one operating system you must use a disk boot, make one by preparing a disk 1.44mb floppy disk, then make a boot disk there by going to the control panel, add remove programs then you can see there that there is a create a boot disk ( windows 98 and 2000 ) . However for windows xp just go to the my computer, right click on the floppy A: then format, then check the make a boot disk, then ok... then restart your computer, do not remove the boot disk, when the disk boot runs, it is in a command.com format, type fdisk, then just enter then you will an option that disable a partition, then you should desiable one of the two partitions, choose with OS you dont want to be in the option then just click ok, then restart your computer without the diskboot and its done.
