I have windows on one computer and MAC OS X leopard on another computer. I am wanting to build a server on a spare windows computer. I also would like to be able to share internet from this computer. It currently has windows XP on it but i don't mind changing the operating system. I am new to Linux so I am looking for a step by step guide or an easy way to do this. What would be the easiest way?How do you make a personal home server?
Install Centos Linux in your computer with GUI interface. Start from there you will enter the wonderful world of Linux.
