How can I change the default icon of every folder in my operating system?

I'm using Windows 2000 professional. I read of a way to do it in windows98 using the registry, but I didn't get the picture. The name of my folder file icon I want to use is named,%26quot; 0 Documents %26quot;.How can I change the default icon of every folder in my operating system?
Open My Documents. Go to a folder and right click it. Scroll down to Properties. Click on the Customize tab. I'm not sure if you need bit map images like you would on desktop icons--pain in the rear.

Google search Windows 2000 Professional, custom folder icons. How can I change the default icon of every folder in my operating system?
