Burn all your data on CDs or DVDs. Use CDBurnerXP to burn your disk if you want- http://www.cdburnerxp.se/ , it's completely free and safe and reliable.
If you want If your computer cannot burn disks I recommend you to use a USB Flash Drive. See here - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USB_flash_d . You can buy them at any store such as Walmart, Bestbuy etc... They are much faster than CDs and DVDs and are portable.
