my operating system is windows vista 32-bit and i bought it from Saudi Arabia, the language is arabic and i want to change it to English.

Go into the BIOS settings by pressing the specified hotkey on the system. Usually F2 or F8 or something,

Then go into, I think it's basic controls and the language will be in there.
