Unfortunately, you need the appropriate language of the OS. This can be gotten from MS (and sometimes their reseller) as an MUI (multi-lingual user interface). If you've got a subscription to MSDN then you will get one with your subscription, if not then you have to shell out a few more dollars to get it.



The regional settings will NOT do it. This only changes the default language of the keyboard input as well as the regional settings, such as currency and time setups.

Only if you have Vista Ultimate or business you can do that for free.In windows XP or Vista basic/premium you have to buy the MUI (multi User Interface) package from Microsoft.Changing the language from the %26quot;regional and language%26quot; option will only change minor things like the time display and not the menus.
