Change the language of Operating System?

My start up %26amp; logon screens are in Arabic. How to change them to English.

You can change your computers language from your control panel. Go to control panel and open clock,language and region and in this option open regional and language option and in formats choose any language you want accept arabic because you don't want it. thanks .......
