1. You could backup all of you data and then wipe your drive clean. Then install the next os.

2. Just put your install disc into your CD drive and follow the instructions. I'd still back up everything to be safe though.

Just install your OS normally,but change from C:\WINDOWS to C:\WINDOWS-2 or to D:\WINDOWS
