Does Windows VISTA have a TEMP Folder that I need to clear?

Since I changed my operating system from WIN XP to WINDOWS VISTA, I have not cleared (what was used as) a TEMP folder.



Where / if does Windows VISTA use a %26quot;Temp folder%26quot; and do I need to clear it out like I used to do with XP? - How so?
